Welsh actress Morfydd Clark is among the nominees for tonight's BAFTA Film Awards 2021.
Clark has been nominated for this year's BAFTA Rising Star award for playing the title role in the highly acclaimed psychological horror film Saint Maud— a role for which he has already won a number of awards.
Blodeuwedd
The Welsh-speaking actress from Penarth began her career by playing the lead role in Theatr Genedlaethol Cymru's adaptation of Saunders Lewis' Blodeuwedd.
She has also stared in films including Madame Bovery, The Falling, and Crawl, as well as the BBC's TV adaptation of Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials.
