Cymru is leading the way when it comes to administering a first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine.
By April 15, around 1.66 million people had received their first vaccination, according to figures from Public Health Wales.
This equates to 65.7% of the population.
By comparison, England is at 61.8%, Scotland is at 61.4%, and Northern Ireland is at 58.5%.
Second doses
Cymru is also ahead when it comes to administering both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine, according to official figures.
574,590 people have now received both doses of a COVID-19 vaccine.
This means that approximately 22.8%— more than a fifth— of the Welsh population has been fully vaccinated.
