Welsh actor Luke Evans has been cast in one of the lead roles in Apple TV+'s new 10-part action-thriller 'Echo 3'.
The actor from Aberbargoed will play the role of Bambi— the brother of "a brilliant young scientist" who goes missing along the Colombia-Venezuala border. The drama is set against the "explosive backdrop of a secret war".
The film will be shot in both English and Spanish.
Evans has previously starred in Clash of the Titans, Dracula Untold, Beauty and the Beast, and in the Fast and the Furious and Hobbit franchises.
