
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service have been battling a fire at the National Museum Wales, Caerdydd.
The fire crews arrived at the Museum at around 12:00 BST.
Smoke was spotted billowing out of the dome of the building, and six fire engines along with a number of fire screws attended the scene.
Update: A spokesperson from South Wales Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed that the fire has now been extinguished.
Update II: The Museum's dome has sustained damage, but fortunately no staff were injured and none of the collections have been damaged.
